
Ingredients
1 lb round steak1/4 C. flour
1 stick butter
1 C. beef bouillion
Noodles
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1/2 C. onions
1 sm. clove fresh garlic
1 C. sour cream
Method
Flour, salt and pepper meat and brown in butter. Then add mushrooms, onion and garlic and brown a little longer. Add bouillion and simmer 1 hour until meat is tender. Add sour cream slowly mixing in as you go. Cook 5 minutes and serve over noodles.Recipe from Aunt Linda Wyant
