Breaded Pork Chops


Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 egg beaten well
12 or more saltine crackers


Method

Dip pork chops in egg and coat both sides then roll in crushed saltine crackers. Fry in frying pan at 300 degrees until brown and well done.
