Pork Casserole


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Method

Brown pork in vegetable oil; combine with noodles remaining ingredients and pour into a 3-quart greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
