
Ingredients
- 8 ounces noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 pounds pork, cubed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
Brown pork in vegetable oil; combine with noodles remaining ingredients and pour into a 3-quart greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe from Audrey Schepler
