Chicken and Rice




Ingredients


6 Chicken Breasts
1 cup of Brown Rice
2 cup water
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 Cream of mushroom coup
Dash of Salt and Pepper


Method

1 Preheat oven to 350°F.

2 Pour rice, water, soup mix and Cream of mushroom soup into a 9x13 pan.

3 Mix together

4 Add Chicken Breasts

5 Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste

6 Cover pan with foil and bake for 2 hours or until rice is tender.
