Bev's Breakfast Dish
Ingredients
- 1 (8ounce) cans diced green chile peppers, drained
- 1lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1lb cottage cheese
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Grease an 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Beat Flour with eggs until smooth. Add baking powder and salt.
- Mix cottage cheese, green chili's and cheddar cheese.
- Melt butter and pour into the bottom of 9x13 baking pan so that the bottom is completely coated
- Pour remaining butter into mixture and stir till mixed
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
