
Ingredients
2 lbs Hashbrown potatoes (browned)
1 stick butter (melted)
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c minced onion
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Method
Mix butter, sour cream, soup, onion and cheese and add to the potatoes. Pour potatoes into a 9x13 baking pan and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Recipe from Audrey Schepler
