Apple Nut Bread


Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 T. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. apples
nuts


Topping

2 T. margarine
2 T. flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
* mix four and margarine then add other topping ingredients*


Method

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Then add sour milk and baking soda to the mixture. Add vanilla then flour, salt, fruit, and nuts. Pour mixture into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
