Zucchini Bread




Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour


Method

Pour batter into greased baking loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
