
Ingredients
1 package yeast1/2 c. warm water
2 T. margarine
1 egg
3 T. Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 c. flour
Method
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Beat in sugar, salt, margarine, egg and 1 cup flour to make soft dough. Knead 2 minutes until smooth. Roll out to a 18x9 size. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Let rise for 30 minutes then bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.Recipe from Audrey Schepler
