Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy


Ingredients

6 Pork cutlets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 T. milk
1 large onion (sliced)
salt and pepper to taste


Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place pork cutlets in 9x13 baking pan
Season with salt and pepper
Spoon cream of mushroom soup over pork
add milk to help distribute soup evenly over pork
place onion slices on top
Cover and bake for 1 hour then remove cover and bake for another 15 minutes or until tender.
