Macaroni Cheese


Ingredients

3 T Butter
2 C milk
1lb sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2lbs elbow macaroni
3 T flour
1lb monterey jack cheese


Method

Boil noodles until tender. Melt butter add flour and milk. Then add cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
